In 1991 Chef Anders interviewed to exclusively cater Villa Rockledge in Laguna
Beach. Anders coordinated renting the Villa, parking service, rentals,
flowers, entertainment and customized menus. Although the venue is no
longer available, the memories of those lucky enough to have experienced this
one of a kind home will last a life time.
